Please pay in U.S. dollars and make your check or money order payable to Andy Chen. All items will be shipped once your personal check is cleared. We do not accept debit or credit cards. No C.O.D. Remember, this site does not have secured e-mail; do not try to send credit card information.

All prices in the site are given in U.S. funds. Please call us about quantity discount if you are a reseller and can provide a written resale certificate. Prices and product availability subject to change.

TAXES
We are required to collect taxes for orders delivered to the State of Virginia. The correct amount will be automatically added to your order form. If necessary, please add 4.5% sales tax on order totals.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
We pack items securely with foam/bubble but recommend insurance on anything breakable; if you decide against insurance I cannot be responsible for shipped items that arrive broken or are lost in transit. International buyer will pay additional shipping and insurance charges outside of the continental U.S. This chart is for shipments to the U.S.'s contiguous 48 states. For delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and foreign areas. Please add the appropriate estimated shipping charges:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders in the continental U.S. and Canada are shipped promptly by UPS or U.S. Postal Service to arrive within 4-6 weeks on in-stock items. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico takes 6-8 weeks. Orders to APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Surface mail to foreign areas will take 8-12 weeks; international shipping charges may apply. Items ordered together may not all ship together; we will notify you if an item is out of stock or on backorder.

We welcome international customers. Please note that prices and shipping charges listed here are for sale and delivery to U.S. and may be higher for delivery overseas.

RETURN POLICY
Should you wish to return an item, please note: 1) all products returned must be processed within 30 days from purchase. 2) all non-defective products received within the 30-day period, must be returned in resalable condition in the original packaging material. 3) returns for credit or exchange are subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
